The hotel offers a nice and opulent decor, especially good for families with small children due to direct pool access. However, the humidity problem in the bathroom was terrible. Rooms were well presented and kept very clean.

The staff were very nice and friendly, offering to make anything we could think of. However, they could benefit from better training. They really went out of their way to ensure every meal was satisfying.

The location was perfect for enjoying the sun and relaxing, with high-end shops, restaurants, and superyachts around. However, it could get noisy with screaming children, particularly in the public areas of the hotel.

I had direct access to a superb pool, about 50 meters long, perfect for doing lengths. The rooms were perfect, covering over 1000 sq ft, right down to the taps and bins, very well presented, and kept impeccably clean. The service at the hotel needed some training but was made up for by the delicious food, beautiful pools, and a stunning beach - especially Mustafa's helpfulness during our stay. The location was great with lovely decor and views of the Aegean Sea, marred only by being closed for two days and some minor annoyances. The dining was definitely superb but slightly off the mark for the price at times. The facilities were top-notch.
